Hi, I’m Michelle M. Freeman. I have had a lifelong focus on health and fitness. This love of mine for a strong and healthy body, and desire to share my passion for fitness with others, led me to become a nationally certified Personal Fitness Trainer. I've also competed in the 2006 OBC Figure fitness competition as well as done fitness modeling for Physique Bodyware USA.

The knowledge I have obtained through my certifications and my continuing desire to stay educated in the latest and greatest ways to get in shape has made it possible for me to design a fitness program that works. I started off my fitness career by becoming a nationally certifications fitness trainer. All my clients came to me with different goals, body types and capabilities. Together my client and I would sit down and design their own special nutrition and exercise plan built around their lifestyle and diet needs.  My client base grew and so did I. I had designed a fitness and nutrition style that worked for each of my clients.  Not only did I have the knowledge but the ability to put it to use to help many people reach their goals. I’ve working with, the young, more mature adults of all ages, athletes, and people with special needs such a knee and back problems.

I now share my fitness program with you make it possible for you to also achieve your goals like many of my clients have already done. Join the group of success stories and get a fitness program personally designed for you. I will help you develop a nutritional plan, track your progress and monitor your results.
